Double-Sided Conductive Rubber CES Ear Clip Electrode with 2.0mm Female Interface
This reusable ear clip electrode integrates two conductive rubber contact surfaces into a compact spring-loaded clip structure for compatible CES and electrical stimulation equipment. The dual-contact design provides two defined conductive contact areas within one removable ear electrode accessory.
An ABS+PC housing provides the main mechanical structure, while the stainless steel spring supports repeated opening and clamping. The integrated 2.0mm female interface allows the ear clip to connect with compatible electrode lead wires, while contact structure, color, connector dimensions, labeling and packaging can be developed according to OEM/ODM project requirements.

Double-Sided Conductive Contact Structure
The electrode uses conductive rubber contact surfaces on both sides of the clip. This creates two separate conductive areas within one compact ear-contact structure and provides a configurable interface for compatible equipment.
The electrical role of each contact depends on the connected device. Polarity, signal assignment, output configuration and intended electrode position should therefore follow the approved specification of the finished equipment rather than being determined only by the physical appearance of the ear clip.
Single-sided and double-sided conductive configurations can be evaluated according to the target product design, allowing the contact geometry to be adapted for different OEM electrode requirements.

2.0mm Female Interface for Detachable Electrode Lead Wires
The integrated 2.0mm female interface allows the ear clip electrode to be connected and removed separately from the main device cable. This modular structure gives equipment manufacturers greater flexibility when selecting or developing the corresponding lead wire.
Nominal connector size alone does not guarantee compatibility. Pin diameter, insertion depth, mating geometry and electrical configuration should be confirmed with the actual lead-wire connector before prototype or volume production.
For equipment requiring a matching 2.0mm electrode lead architecture, the DC 2.35mm to Dual 2.0mm Electrode Lead Wire provides an example of a 1-to-2 cable structure using compatible 2.0mm electrode-side connections.
ABS+PC Housing with Stainless Steel Spring
The ear clip combines an ABS+PC housing with a stainless steel spring mechanism. The housing supports the conductive contact components, while the spring provides the mechanical opening and closing action required for a reusable clip.
Clip force, opening range, contact alignment and overall dimensions can influence how the electrode fits the intended product configuration. These mechanical characteristics can therefore be reviewed together with the conductive contact structure during custom development.
Where a project requires a complete cable with a different device-side connector, a 90° 3.5mm Dual ABS Ear Clip Electrode Cable provides another ear-electrode connection architecture for compatible electrical stimulation equipment.
Key Customization Options
Conductive contact: Single-sided or double-sided conductive rubber structures can be developed according to project requirements.
Contact geometry: Conductive area dimensions, position and shape can be reviewed around the intended ear clip design.
Connector interface: 2.0mm female interface dimensions or other project-specific connection structures can be evaluated.
Clip mechanics: Housing dimensions, opening range, spring structure and clamping characteristics can be adjusted for customized projects.
Appearance: Housing color, contact color, markings and other visible details can be developed according to the product design.
OEM/ODM presentation: Logo, labeling and packaging can be customized for private-label product programs.
Ear Electrode and Device Interface Should Be Evaluated Together
A reusable ear electrode should not be selected only by connector size or clip appearance. The conductive contact arrangement, lead-wire connector, polarity, equipment output and intended operating method all influence the final electrode configuration.
Heymed Medical can review device information, cable drawings, connector dimensions, electrical definitions or existing samples before prototype development. This allows the ear clip and matching lead wire to be evaluated as one complete connection system.
Additional lead wires, electrode pads and connection structures for compatible electrical stimulation equipment are available through our TENS & EMS Cables & Electrode Accessories range.
From Electrode Sample to OEM/ODM Production
Custom ear clip electrode development can begin from a reference sample, connector requirement, dimensional drawing or finished-device specification. Our engineering team can review the conductive contact structure, housing, spring mechanism and mating interface before preparing samples.
During prototype evaluation, connector fit, electrical continuity, clip dimensions, spring operation, contact alignment and overall assembly can be checked against the approved project requirements.
Once the structure is confirmed, material specification, molding, conductive-component assembly, inspection, labeling and packaging can be transferred into repeatable production according to the agreed OEM/ODM configuration.
