White 1-to-2 electrode lead with a 600mm main cable, two 300mm branches, pink/white silicone ear hook and free-moving non-glued assembly for compatible stimulation and rehabilitation equipment | OEM/ODM customization available
connection between compatible stimulation equipment and two 4.0mm female snap interfaces.
The white cable uses a 600mm main lead with two 300mm branches, together with a pink/white two-tone silicone ear hook. The project calls for a free-moving assembly rather than adhesive fixation, keeping the specified component adjustable during fitting.
Heymed Medical can adapt the pin assignment, cable length, snap interface, ear-hook structure, cable material, color, labeling and packaging for OEM/ODM programs.
Solutions & Applications
The 2.5mm Mono to Dual Snap Electrode Cable provides a compact 1-to-2 connection for compatible stimulation, rehabilitation and electrode-based equipment. The silicone ear hook helps organize the cable around the ear area while the two 4.0mm female snaps connect to matching electrode interfaces.
For OEM/ODM projects, pin assignment, main and branch lengths, ear-hook design, snap interface, cable material and assembly method can be developed around the finished-device requirements, including free-moving non-glued structures where specified.
Heymed Medical supports device-interface review, sample development, snap-fit verification, continuity testing and volume manufacturing for custom electrode lead projects.
Medical-grade auricular stimulation cable specifications for healthcare and neuromodulation therapy applications.
This custom 1-to-2 electrode lead wire combines a 2.5mm mono male device connector with two 4.0mm female snap outputs and two pink/white two-tone silicone ear hooks. The standard cable structure uses a 600mm main lead followed by two 300mm branch leads, providing a compact Y-split connection for compatible electrical stimulation, rehabilitation and wearable electrode systems.
The silicone ear hooks are designed as movable, non-glued components rather than permanently bonded parts, allowing their position to be adjusted along the branch leads according to the intended wearing configuration. Connector pinout, cable length, ear-hook color, snap structure, cable material and packaging can be customized according to OEM/ODM project requirements.

The device-side connection uses a 2.5mm mono male plug with molded strain relief, providing a compact interface for compatible stimulation and physiotherapy equipment.
Connector diameter and appearance alone do not determine electrical compatibility. Contact assignment, polarity and internal wiring should be confirmed according to the approved device specification before sample approval or volume production.
Projects requiring different device-side interfaces can also be developed through our Medical Connectors & Adapters product range.

Two silicone ear hooks are integrated into the branch leads to help guide and position the cable around the ear during compatible wearable applications. The pink and white two-tone structure provides a distinctive visual design while maintaining the flexibility of silicone material.
The ear hooks are specified as movable components and are not permanently fixed with adhesive. This non-glued construction allows the position of each ear hook to be adjusted during assembly or use according to the desired cable-routing position.
Ear-hook size, color, silicone hardness and overall geometry can be developed according to the finished-product design.
The cable terminates in two 4.0mm female snap connectors, allowing two compatible snap-style electrodes or accessories to be connected independently.
Snap diameter, mating geometry, insertion depth and retention force should be confirmed against the actual male snap interface before production. Similar-looking 4.0mm connectors may still differ in mechanical fit or contact structure.
Additional lead wires, snap connectors and electrode accessories can be reviewed through our TENS & EMS Cables & Electrode Accessories range.
The standard cable layout uses a 600mm main lead from the 2.5mm device connector to the split point, followed by two 300mm branch leads. This Y-split structure provides independent routing toward the two electrode outputs while keeping the main cable organized.
The standard version uses a white cable jacket. Main cable length, branch length, split-point position, conductor structure, jacket material and cable color can all be customized according to the target equipment and wearing configuration.
Device-side connector: 2.5mm mono male plug with strain relief.
Cable structure: 1-to-2 Y-split electrode lead wire.
Main cable length: 600mm.
Branch length: 300mm × 2.
Electrode-side connectors: 4.0mm female snap × 2.
Ear hooks: Pink / white two-tone silicone ear hooks × 2.
Ear-hook assembly: Movable, non-glued design for position adjustment.
Cable color: White.
Customization: Connector type, pinout, cable length, branch dimensions, ear-hook color, silicone structure, snap interface, labeling and packaging can be developed according to OEM/ODM requirements.
This cable should be evaluated together with the host device and matching electrodes rather than as an isolated accessory. Connector pinout, channel assignment, polarity where applicable, snap compatibility and cable routing all influence the final system configuration.
Customers can provide device drawings, connector definitions, mating electrode samples or existing cable references for engineering evaluation. Heymed Medical can then review the complete cable architecture before prototype development.
For projects requiring completely different connector combinations or branch structures, the assembly can also be developed through our Custom Medical Cable Assemblies engineering and manufacturing capability.
Development can begin from a reference sample, device connector specification, electrode interface drawing or complete cable requirement. Our engineering team can review the connector relationship, branch dimensions, ear-hook structure and snap interfaces before preparing samples.
During prototype evaluation, connector mating, electrical continuity, cable dimensions, ear-hook movement, branch routing and snap engagement can be checked against the approved project definition.
Once the configuration is confirmed, conductor preparation, cable assembly, molding, silicone ear-hook installation, inspection, labeling and packaging can move into repeatable OEM/ODM production.
We provide OEM and ODM medical cable assembly services for neuromodulation therapy device manufacturers and healthcare brands worldwide.
Resolve your concerns in advance — stress-free communication, efficient coordination
It is a passive 1-to-2 electrode lead assembly that connects a compatible host device through a 2.5mm mono male plug to two separate 4.0mm female snap electrode interfaces.
The standard project uses a 600mm main cable that splits into two 300mm branches, with a white cable jacket and two 4.0mm female snap connectors.
The specified assembly is intentionally left movable rather than fixed with adhesive, allowing the relevant component to remain adjustable after assembly.
It can be developed for compatible stimulation, rehabilitation and other electrode-based equipment using the required 2.5mm device connector and 4.0mm snap electrode interfaces. Final compatibility depends on the pin assignment and electrical requirements of the host device.
Yes. Pin assignment, main and branch lengths, silicone ear-hook design, snap interface, cable material, color, labeling and packaging can be customized. Customers can also provide device drawings, existing samples or connector definitions for engineering evaluation and prototype development.
