DIN 5-Pin Male to Dual 3.5mm Magnetic Female Snap and Dual 2.0mm Electrode Pin Cable

White electrode lead with a DIN 5-pin male connector, two 3.5mm magnetic female snaps and two 2.0mm electrode pins for compatible TENS, EMS and physiotherapy equipment | OEM/ODM customization available

This DIN 5-pin electrode cable combines two 3.5mm magnetic female snaps and two 2.0mm electrode pins in one white cable assembly. It connects a compatible host device to matching electrode interfaces for TENS, EMS and physiotherapy equipment projects.

The four electrode-side branches accommodate two termination formats. Connector fit, pin assignment and branch pairing are defined around the host device; branch count alone does not determine the number of independent stimulation channels.

Heymed Medical supports OEM/ODM customization of the device connector, electrode terminations, cable length, branch layout, jacket material, color and packaging. Drawings or reference samples can be used to develop a project-specific configuration.

Solutions & Applications

Custom DIN 5-Pin Electrode Cable for TENS & EMS Device Integration

The DIN 5-Pin to Magnetic Snap and Electrode Pin Cable provides a mixed-interface connection for compatible TENS, EMS and physiotherapy equipment. Two 3.5mm magnetic female snaps and two 2.0mm electrode pins connect to matching electrode accessories through one device-side DIN 5-pin male connector.

For OEM/ODM projects, the pin assignment, branch pairing, total length, branch lengths, snap interface, pin dimensions and jacket material can be developed around the finished-device requirements. The host circuit determines how the four branch connections are used.

Heymed Medical supports interface review, prototype development and cable production based on customer drawings or samples. Mating fit, wiring, continuity, dimensions and appearance can be checked against the approved project specification before volume production.

DIN 5-Pin Electrode Cable with Magnetic Snap and Pin Connections

This electrode cable connects a DIN 5-pin male device interface to two 3.5mm magnetic female snaps and two 2.0mm electrode pins. The four electrode-side branches bring two connection formats into one assembly for TENS, EMS and electrotherapy equipment projects.

The reference configuration is white with a listed cable length of 1.2 meters. Total length, branch dimensions and jacket material can be specified around the equipment layout. Device compatibility depends on the mating connector and approved wiring, rather than the connector name alone.

Two Electrode Interfaces in the Same Assembly

The magnetic female snaps connect to electrodes or accessories with matching snap contacts. The electrode pins connect to matching female pin interfaces. Both mating arrangements should be checked against the intended accessories before the cable configuration is approved.

The 3.5mm magnetic snap is a snap contact, not an audio socket. The 2.0mm electrode pin is an electrical connection terminal. These distinctions matter when selecting mating parts or preparing connector drawings.

For equipment requiring a two-pin layout with a different device connector, our DC 2.35mm to Dual 2.0mm TENS/EMS Lead Wire provides another configuration to evaluate against the device specification.

Four Branches, with Wiring Defined by the Device

Four electrode-side branches do not establish four independent stimulation channels. Branch pairing, channel allocation and any shared connection depend on the device circuit and DIN pin assignment.

The wiring drawing should identify how each termination connects to the DIN contacts. Pin arrangement, mating dimensions and electrical requirements must be confirmed together; a physically similar DIN connector may use a different contact assignment.

Reference Cable Configuration

Device-side connector | DIN 5-pin male.

Electrode-side connectors | Two 3.5mm magnetic female snaps and two 2.0mm electrode pins.

Branch layout | Four electrode-side branches; contact assignment follows the approved wiring drawing.

Reference length | 1.2 m; total and branch lengths can be customized.

Cable color | White; custom colors available.

Jacket options | PVC or TPU, selected for the project.

Branch Lengths Around the Actual Equipment Setup

The distance from the device to the cable split and the length of each branch should be defined separately. This allows the cable drawing to reflect the position of the device and intended electrode accessories, rather than relying only on an overall length.

For a different device interface or electrode arrangement, additional configurations are available in our TENS & EMS Cables & Electrode Accessories range.

From Interface Review to an Approved Cable Sample

Heymed Medical can review the connector combination, branch arrangement, cable length, jacket material, color and packaging from customer drawings or reference samples. Our Medical Cable OEM/ODM Customization service supports engineering samples for interface fit and wiring verification before production.

For a quotation, provide the DIN connector drawing or sample, pinout, electrode mating details, total and branch lengths, material preference and target quantity. The approved drawing and sample define the configuration for production.

This product description covers the cable assembly. Any mating electrodes, accessories or stimulation device should be specified separately in the quotation.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Resolve your concerns in advance — stress-free communication, efficient coordination

Q1

What is a DIN 5-pin to magnetic snap and electrode pin cable?

It is a passive electrode lead assembly with a DIN 5-pin male device connector, two 3.5mm magnetic female snaps, and two 2.0mm electrode pins. It connects compatible devices to matching electrode accessories and does not generate stimulation independently.

Q2

Does this four-branch cable provide four independent channels of stimulation?

not necessarily. The number of channels, branch pairings, and any shared connections are determined by the host equipment circuitry and approved wiring diagrams. The four electrode side branches alone do not define four independent stimulation channels.

Q3

What devices and electrode interfaces can this cable support?

It can be configured for use with compatible TENS, EMS and physical therapy devices that require this connector combination. DIN pinout, pin assignments, snap-fit geometry, and electrode pin sizes must match the intended device and accessories. Similar connector diameters alone do not establish compatibility.

Q4

What cable lengths and jacketing options are available?

The reference configuration lists white 1.2m cable. You can specify the overall length, individual branch lengths, and split point locations for your project. Sheathing available in PVC or TPU; final dimensions and materials follow approved specifications.

Q5

Can Heimai Medical manufacture this cable based on drawings or samples?

Yes. Share device connector specifications, pinouts, mating electrode details, overall and branch lengths, material requirements and target quantities. Heimai Medical can review configurations, develop prototypes and manufacture approved OEM/ODM cable assemblies.
