3-Set Pre-Gelled Snap Electrode Pads for TENS and EMS Equipment
This 3-set electrode pad pack combines a flexible non-woven backing, pre-applied conductive gel and snap-style connectors for compatible TENS, EMS, electrical stimulation and electronic massager equipment.
The self-adhesive construction provides a ready-to-connect electrode interface without requiring additional conductive gel before use. Pad dimensions, shape, snap structure, adhesive characteristics, conductive gel, packaging and private-label presentation can be developed according to OEM/ODM project requirements.

Pre-Applied Conductive Gel for Ready-to-Connect Electrode Pads
The conductive gel layer is applied directly to the electrode pad during manufacturing, combining the conductive contact medium and adhesive surface into one electrode accessory.
This allows the pad to be connected to a compatible snap-style lead wire without applying a separate conductive gel before each use. The flexible non-woven backing also allows the electrode structure to adapt to the intended placement area.
Adhesive properties, conductive gel configuration and intended reuse conditions should be selected according to the finished-product requirements. The electrode should only be reused while the adhesive and conductive contact remain suitable for the intended application.

Snap Connection for Detachable Electrode Lead Wires
The snap-style connector creates a detachable interface between the electrode pad and the equipment lead wire. This allows the electrode pad to be replaced independently while the corresponding cable remains connected to the device.
Snap size and connector appearance alone do not guarantee compatibility. Mating diameter, retention structure, insertion depth and lead-wire connector geometry should be checked against the actual equipment accessory before production.
For equipment specifically designed around a 3.5mm snap interface, our Pre-Gelled 3.5mm Snap Electrode Pads for TENS & EMS provide another project-specific snap configuration.

Electrode Pad Shape and Size Can Be Developed Around the Device
Different equipment and placement requirements may require different electrode dimensions and geometries. Round, rectangular and other project-specific pad shapes can be evaluated according to the intended product design.
The backing outline, conductive area, snap position and handling tab can also be reviewed together so that the finished electrode is easier to integrate with the corresponding cable and accessory system.
Additional electrode cables, pads and connection accessories are available through our TENS & EMS Cables & Electrode Accessories range.
Key Customization Options
Pad dimensions: Width, length, diameter and overall electrode geometry can be developed according to the intended equipment.
Pad shape: Round, square, rectangular or project-specific outlines can be evaluated.
Snap interface: Snap dimensions and mating structure can be matched to the intended lead wire.
Backing structure: Non-woven backing and handling-tab configuration can be adjusted according to product requirements.

Packaging and branding: Pack quantity, pouch, label, logo and private-label packaging can be developed for OEM/ODM programs.
Designed as Part of a Complete Electrode Connection System
Electrode pads should be evaluated together with the lead wire and equipment interface rather than as an isolated accessory. Snap geometry, cable architecture and equipment-side connector definition all influence the final connection system.
For multi-channel equipment using multiple snap electrodes, a matching lead-wire architecture such as the Shielded 6-Pin to 5-Lead 3.5mm Female Snap Electrode Cable can be evaluated where the snap dimensions and electrical configuration correspond to the target device.
Heymed Medical can review the electrode pad, matching cable and equipment interface together during OEM/ODM development to help define a coordinated connection structure before sampling.
From Electrode Sample to OEM/ODM Production
Custom electrode pad development can begin from target dimensions, pad drawings, matching lead wires, connector samples, packaging requirements or existing electrode references.
During sample development, pad dimensions, snap fit, backing construction, adhesive behavior, conductive layer and packaging structure can be reviewed according to the approved project specification.
For market-specific projects, skin-contact materials, labeling, shelf-life requirements and other compliance considerations should be defined according to the intended product classification and applicable regulatory requirements before final production approval.
