1m Grey 3-Lead Electrode Cable with Red, Yellow and Black 4.0mm Female Snap Connectors | Custom USB-C Pinout & OEM/ODM Development
The Heymed Medical USB-C 90° to 3-Lead 4.0mm ECG Female Snap Electrode Cable is designed for compatible ECG, patient-monitoring and biosignal equipment requiring a compact USB Type-C device interface and three electrode connections.
The cable features a 90-degree USB-C male connector, three red, yellow and black lead wires, and 4.0mm female snap connectors, with a standard 1000mm grey main cable.
Heymed Medical supports customization of the USB-C pinout, cable length, lead configuration, electrode connector, cable material, overmold structure, labeling and packaging for OEM/ODM medical device projects.
Solutions & Applications
The USB-C 90° 3-Lead ECG Electrode Cable provides a compact connection between compatible ECG, patient-monitoring and biosignal equipment and three 4.0mm snap electrode interfaces. The right-angle Type-C structure is suitable for devices where connector orientation, enclosure space and cable routing are important.
For OEM/ODM projects, USB-C pinout, cable length, lead configuration, 4.0mm snap connectors, cable material, lead colors and overmold structure can be customized according to the finished-device design. The cable can also be developed as part of a broader Custom Medical Cable Assembly or integrated into portable and Wearable Medical Devices.
Heymed Medical supports device interface review, pinout confirmation, cable structure design, prototype development, electrical testing and volume manufacturing. Customers can provide device drawings, PCB definitions, existing cable samples or interface information for engineering evaluation before production.
Medical-grade auricular stimulation cable specifications for healthcare and neuromodulation therapy applications.
This USB-C 90° right-angle ECG cable is designed for medical and biosignal devices where connector space, cable routing, and multi-electrode connection need to be considered together. Compared with a straight Type-C plug, the right-angle connector allows the cable to route closer to the device housing, helping reduce space around the interface and support compact device designs.
Three individual leads terminate in 4.0mm female snap connectors for connection with compatible snap-type electrodes. Red, yellow, and black lead identification helps simplify channel recognition during device integration, testing, and assembly.

In medical device development, a Type-C connector can be used not only as a standard USB interface but also as a customized physical connection interface according to the device design. The actual pin assignment and signal definition should therefore be confirmed based on the target device PCB, circuit design, and interface requirements.
Heymed Medical can review the connection structure based on device drawings, PCB pin definitions, existing cable samples, or interface specifications, and develop a matching medical cable assembly. Our engineering team supports interface matching, cable structure development, prototyping, and production for ECG, patient monitoring, and biosignal device projects.

Different medical devices may require different device-side connectors. Cable solutions can be selected according to the interface structure, number of leads, electrode connection, and device integration requirements.
