USB Type-C to taVNS Dual Ear Clip Electrode Cable Kit
This USB Type-C ear electrode cable kit provides a coordinated connection solution for compatible taVNS and related neuromodulation devices. The standard kit combines a device-side Type-C connector, dual conductive silicone ear clip electrodes, a 1.2m grey cable, a shirt clip, replaceable ear pads and a spray bottle for accessory support.
The Type-C connector used on this product is a device-specific electrode interface rather than a standard USB charging or data cable. Pin assignment, polarity, cable length, ear clip structure, contact material, logo and packaging can be developed according to the target device and OEM/ODM project requirements.

Coordinated Kit Design for Device and Electrode Integration
Compared with a single replacement cable, this kit is arranged as a complete accessory set around the finished device interface. The cable assembly, dual ear clip electrodes and supporting accessories are intended to work together as part of one coordinated product solution.
The dual ear clip structure provides two independent conductive contact points, while the cable routing and accessory layout help support portable use and day-to-day handling. Depending on the project, the ear clip geometry, cable branch structure and accessory configuration can all be adjusted around the intended device design.
For projects requiring other reusable ear-contact structures, you can also review our tVNS & taVNS Ear Electrodes range for alternative ear electrode architectures and accessory directions.

Ear Clip Positioning and Contact Configuration Should Follow the Finished Device
The conductive silicone ear clips are designed to provide a reusable ear-contact interface for compatible equipment, but the final wearing method should be defined according to the finished device and validated product instructions. Electrode appearance alone does not determine correct positioning, polarity or electrical output.
During development, Heymed Medical can review the ear clip structure, contact dimensions, cable exit direction, channel arrangement and overall device-interface relationship before prototype confirmation. This is especially important for projects where comfort, repeatability and product appearance all need to be considered together.
If your project requires a different reusable clip structure, our Reusable Silicone tVNS / taVNS Ear Clip Electrode Cable provides another reference for product-specific ear electrode development.

Portable Device Matching and Type-C Interface Verification
Although this kit uses a USB Type-C plug form, it should not be treated as a general-purpose consumer USB accessory. The internal pin mapping, polarity and channel configuration must be matched to the intended device definition before sampling or production.
Customers can provide the controller drawing, PCB definition, pinout diagram, existing sample or interface photo for engineering review. The cable, ear clips and supporting accessories can then be configured according to the actual product architecture rather than by connector appearance alone.
Where both the controller side and the matching electrode accessories are being developed together, you can also review our tVNS & taVNS Devices direction for broader device-and-accessory coordination.

Built Around OEM / ODM Ear Electrode Cable Development
This product is suitable for projects that require a device-side cable assembly and a coordinated ear-electrode accessory kit rather than a single generic cable. Our engineering team can review connector definition, device-side electrical mapping, cable structure, clip materials and accessory configuration before preparing prototypes.
During sample development, the project can be checked for connector fit, pin continuity, cable routing, clip structure, accessory matching and overall assembly consistency. After confirmation, the agreed configuration can move into repeatable production with controlled assembly and packaging.
If you need a product-specific cable-and-accessory structure beyond the standard kit, the project can also be developed through our Custom Medical Cable Assemblies engineering and manufacturing capability.
