Fully molded USB Type-C electrode lead with dual reusable ABS ear clips and a 1000mm white cable, developed for compatible tVNS, taVNS and auricular stimulation devices | Custom pinout, cable structure and OEM/ODM support available
The Heymed Medical USB Type-C to Dual ABS Ear Clip Electrode Cable is a compact reusable electrode lead developed for compatible tVNS, taVNS and auricular stimulation systems. The fully molded Type-C connector keeps the device-side interface clean and compact, making the assembly suitable for products where connector size and cable routing matter.
The standard version uses a 1000mm white cable and two black ABS ear clips in a 1-to-2 layout, giving device developers a straightforward way to route two ear-contact electrodes from a single host interface.
For OEM/ODM programs, Heymed Medical can adapt the Type-C pin assignment, cable length, branch geometry, ear-clip structure, contact configuration, labeling and packaging to the target device.
Solutions & Applications
The USB-C Dual ABS Ear Clip Electrode Cable is intended for device teams that need a compact, repeatable connection between a host unit and two ear-contact electrodes. Its fully molded Type-C interface and 1-to-2 white cable structure make it suitable for compact product architectures where connector size, cable routing and user handling matter.
For OEM/ODM programs, Heymed Medical can tailor the Type-C pinout, branch layout, cable length, ear-clip housing, contact structure and material selection to the target design.
Our engineering support covers interface review, sample development, continuity verification and scalable production, helping customers move from concept or existing sample to a manufacturable cable assembly.
Medical-grade auricular stimulation cable specifications for healthcare and neuromodulation therapy applications.
This custom USB Type-C taVNS ear clip electrode cable combines a Type-C device-side connector with dual ABS ear clip electrodes through a 1000mm white cable assembly. The integrated structure provides a compact connection solution for compatible taVNS devices and wearable auricular electrode applications.
Designed for OEM and ODM projects, this cable assembly supports customization of connector configuration, cable length, ear clip structure, housing appearance, labeling and packaging according to the target device requirements.

The device-side connection uses a USB Type-C interface, providing a compact connection option for modern portable taVNS and auricular stimulation device designs.
Although the connector uses a Type-C form factor, the internal electrical definition depends on the target device architecture. Pin assignment, polarity and communication or stimulation interface requirements should be confirmed according to the approved equipment specification.
For another Type-C based auricular electrode configuration, customers can also review our USB Type-C taVNS Dual Ear Clip Electrode Cable Kit for a different product configuration.

The cable assembly integrates two ABS ear clip electrodes designed for compatible taVNS device systems. The full plastic housing provides a lightweight structure while maintaining a compact and clean product appearance.
Compared with silicone ear clip solutions, the ABS structure provides a different mechanical design approach for customers who prioritize product appearance, lightweight construction and integrated industrial design.
Different ear-contact structures can be developed through our tVNS & taVNS Ear Electrodes solutions according to the target product requirements.
The standard cable length is 1000mm with a white outer jacket, providing a clean appearance suitable for wearable and portable taVNS device designs.
Cable length, conductor structure, jacket material, strain relief design and cable color can be customized according to the customer's finished-product requirements.
The cable assembly can be supplied as an individual component or integrated into a complete OEM accessory package together with the matching device and electrode system.
Device connector: USB Type-C interface.
Electrode structure: Dual ABS ear clip electrodes.
Cable length: 1000mm standard configuration.
Cable color: White cable jacket.
Housing: Full plastic ABS ear clip structure.
Customization: Connector type, cable length, ear clip design, appearance, labeling and packaging can be developed according to OEM/ODM requirements.
This product is designed as a configurable taVNS ear clip electrode cable assembly rather than a fixed universal accessory. The connector, cable and ear clip structure should be evaluated together according to the finished device requirements.
Customers can provide device drawings, connector specifications, existing samples or product concepts for engineering evaluation. Heymed Medical can support prototype development, cable assembly optimization and production transfer.
For customized cable structures, connector integration and production support, projects can also be developed through our Custom Medical Cable Assemblies capability.
Custom development can begin from an existing cable sample, connector requirement, ear clip design or complete product specification. Our engineering team can review the mechanical and electrical interface before preparing samples.
During prototype evaluation, connector compatibility, cable length, ear clip structure, assembly quality and product appearance can be verified according to the approved project requirements.
Once confirmed, cable assembly, inspection, labeling and packaging can move into repeatable OEM/ODM production.
We provide OEM and ODM medical cable assembly services for neuromodulation therapy device manufacturers and healthcare brands worldwide.
