DC 2.35mm Safety Male Plug to taVNS Ear Clip Electrode Cable with Shirt Clip – 1.2m Grey Soft-Touch Silicone Cable
This custom ear clip electrode cable combines a DC 2.35mm safety male plug, a reusable ear clip electrode, a shirt clip and a 1200mm grey silicone-jacketed cable with a soft-touch surface finish. The assembly is designed for compatible tVNS, taVNS and auricular stimulation devices requiring a flexible and comfortable cable connection.
The soft-touch silicone cable provides a smooth hand feel and flexible routing for portable and wearable device applications. Connector pinout, polarity, cable length, ear clip structure, cable color, shirt-clip position, labeling and packaging can be developed according to OEM/ODM project requirements.

DC 2.35mm Safety Male Plug for Compatible taVNS Devices
The device-side connection uses a DC 2.35mm safety male plug, providing a compact interface for compatible portable taVNS, tVNS and auricular stimulation equipment.
Connector diameter alone does not determine electrical compatibility. Internal contact assignment, polarity and the electrical relationship between the controller and ear electrode should always be confirmed from the approved device specification.
If a project requires a locking circular device interface instead of DC 2.35mm, the 4-Pin Self-Locking Push-Pull to Dual tVNS / taVNS Ear Clip Electrode Cable provides an alternative connector architecture for related device-development projects.

1200mm Grey Silicone Cable with Soft-Touch Surface Finish
The standard lead-wire length is 1200mm and uses a grey silicone jacket with a soft-touch surface finish. This cable construction provides a flexible feel and a refined product appearance for portable and wearable electrode systems.
Compared with a conventional PVC jacket, the silicone cable can provide a softer and more flexible handling experience where the finished product requires frequent movement or close contact with the user.
Cable diameter, conductor structure, jacket hardness, color and total length can be adjusted according to the electrical and mechanical requirements of the target device.

Shirt Clip for Cable Positioning and Daily Use
A shirt clip is integrated into the cable configuration to provide a simple positioning point during use. The clip can help organize the lead wire and reduce unnecessary cable movement between the controller and the ear electrode.
Shirt-clip position, clip style and cable routing can be adjusted according to the intended wearing method and finished-product design.
Other reusable ear-contact structures and cable configurations can be reviewed through our tVNS & taVNS Ear Electrodes range.

Ear Electrode and Cable Should Be Developed Around the Host Device
This ear clip electrode cable is a passive accessory and does not determine the stimulation parameters of the finished device. Electrical output, waveform, polarity, session timing and operating logic are defined by the host controller.
Customers can provide controller drawings, connector definitions, electrical requirements, existing cable samples or reference photos for engineering review. Heymed Medical can then evaluate the connector, cable and ear electrode as one complete device interface.
Projects requiring additional connector, cable or electrode customization can also be developed through our Custom Medical Cable Assemblies engineering and manufacturing capability.
Soft-Touch Cable Design for Wearable and Portable Products
The combination of a flexible silicone jacket and soft-touch surface finish makes this cable suitable for projects where hand feel, flexibility and product appearance are important design considerations.
Cable flexibility, surface feel, strain-relief geometry and routing can be evaluated during sample development to better match the intended user interaction and device enclosure.
The final material selection should follow the approved mechanical, electrical and regulatory requirements of the completed product.
From Engineering Sample to OEM / ODM Production
Development can begin from a host-device model, connector drawing, ear electrode sample, cable specification or complete product requirement. Our engineering team can review the electrical and mechanical interfaces before preparing samples.
During prototype evaluation, connector mating, polarity, electrical continuity, cable flexibility, shirt-clip position, strain relief and overall assembly can be checked against the approved project definition.
Once the configuration is confirmed, cable extrusion, connector molding, electrode assembly, inspection, labeling and packaging can move into repeatable OEM/ODM production.
