Solution & Applications
The GC-TVNS-A10 Portable taVNS Device provides a compact control platform for compatible ear clip and earpiece electrode systems, with three operating modes, adjustable intensity and 20-minute automatic session control.
For OEM/ODM projects, device housing, electrode interface, operating modes, firmware configuration, charging design, branding and packaging can be developed according to the target product requirements.
Heymed Medical supports device interface review, electronic integration, prototype development, functional testing and volume manufacturing.
Medical-grade auricular stimulation cable specifications for healthcare and neuromodulation therapy applications.
The GC-TVNS-A10 is a compact rechargeable handheld device platform designed for compatible taVNS and tVNS product applications. It integrates adjustable stimulation intensity, three preset operating programs, 20-minute automatic session control and USB Type-C charging into a portable enclosure.
Different auricular electrode structures can be configured according to the project, including ear clip and earpiece-style electrodes. Hardware, firmware, electrode interface, housing color, branding, accessories and packaging can also be developed for OEM/ODM programs according to the approved product specification.

The controller can be matched with different ear-contact structures depending on the intended product design. Cable configuration, electrode geometry, contact material, connector structure and channel definition can all influence how the final device and electrode assembly work together.
This allows product developers to evaluate different ear electrode formats without treating the controller and electrode as unrelated components. For example, reusable silicone ear electrodes can be developed with different clip structures and conductive contact designs according to the target hardware.
Additional ear-contact architectures can be reviewed through our Reusable Silicone tVNS / taVNS Ear Clip Electrode Cable for projects requiring a customized reusable electrode interface.

The standard device interface includes three preset operating programs labeled Sleep, Relaxation and Meditation, together with adjustable stimulation intensity and 20-minute automatic session control.
These names identify the preset programs in the user interface and should not be interpreted as guaranteed clinical or wellness outcomes. Final waveform, frequency, pulse width, intensity range and operating logic should be confirmed according to the approved product specification for each project.
For OEM/ODM development, firmware logic, parameter ranges, button functions, display information and session-control behavior can be reviewed together with the target hardware requirements.
The compact handheld enclosure integrates a built-in rechargeable battery and USB Type-C charging interface, allowing the controller to operate without remaining connected to an external power source during normal portable use.
Battery capacity, charging architecture, housing structure and electronic configuration can be reviewed according to the final device requirements. For customized products, enclosure color, surface finish, button layout, display interface and product branding can also be developed as part of the overall industrial design.
Projects requiring different controller architectures can also be evaluated through our tVNS & taVNS Devices product-development range.
Illustrated accessory configuration. Final kit contents can be adjusted according to the approved product and OEM/ODM packaging requirements.
Depending on the project configuration, the portable controller can be supplied together with a compatible ear electrode, charging cable and supporting accessories. Product documentation, quick-start information and storage or carrying solutions can also be developed as part of a complete retail or private-label package.
Electrode accessories should be selected according to the actual controller interface, electrical pinout and intended device architecture. Where a Type-C electrode interface is required, the USB Type-C to taVNS Dual Ear Clip Electrode Cable Kit provides another project-specific cable and accessory configuration.
The final accessory list, labeling, instructions and packaging should be confirmed according to the finished product and destination-market requirements.
Stimulation parameters: Waveform, frequency, pulse width, intensity range and control logic can be developed according to the approved project specification.
Session control: The standard configuration uses a 20-minute automatic session, while project-specific control logic can be reviewed for OEM/ODM development.
Electrode interface: Ear clip, earpiece or other project-specific auricular electrode structures can be evaluated.
Hardware: Electronic architecture, battery configuration, charging interface and connector definition can be reviewed for customized projects.
Firmware: Operating programs, user controls, session timing, display information and interface logic can be configured according to project requirements.
Industrial design: Housing color, surface finish, button layout, logo and product appearance can be customized.
Accessory package: Ear electrodes, charging cable, carrying case, documentation and other project-specific accessories can be configured according to the final product plan.
A compatible ear electrode cannot be selected only by connector appearance. Electrical pin assignment, polarity, channel configuration, waveform requirements and electrode-contact structure should all correspond to the target device.
Customers can provide electrical requirements, PCB definitions, electrode drawings, connector information, industrial-design files or existing prototypes for engineering review. This allows the controller and ear electrode to be evaluated as one complete device interface before prototype confirmation.
For projects requiring additional custom cables, connectors or electrode assemblies, supporting interconnects can also be developed through our Custom Medical Cable Assemblies engineering capability.
OEM/ODM development can begin from functional requirements, electrical parameters, electrode specifications, industrial-design concepts or an existing prototype. Heymed Medical can review the device architecture and prepare engineering samples according to the approved project definition.
During prototype evaluation, user-interface operation, electrical output, 20-minute session control, charging behavior, electrode connection, connector pinout, mechanical assembly and accessory compatibility can be checked against the project requirements.
Final device performance, intended use, labeling, regulatory requirements and market-specific compliance should be established and validated for the completed product before commercial release. Once the design is approved, hardware assembly, cable and electrode production, inspection and packaging can move into controlled manufacturing.
We provide OEM and ODM medical cable assembly services for neuromodulation therapy device manufacturers and healthcare brands worldwide.
