This September, the Heymed Medical team will be in Berlin for IFA 2026, held from September 4 to 8 at Messe Berlin.
At Booth H27-06, we will present medical and wellness device connection solutions developed for OEM/ODM projects. The display will cover ear electrodes and handheld tVNS/taVNS devices, ECG/EEG/EMG electrodes and lead wires, stimulation cable accessories, custom medical cable assemblies, and compact charging solutions for wearable and handheld equipment.
These products may look small, but they sit at critical points between the user, the device, and the signal or power path. Contact material, pin definition, cable structure, strain relief, repeated-use durability, cleaning requirements, and production consistency all need to be considered from the start.
What You Can Explore at Our Booth
Our IFA 2026 display will focus on five product and solution areas:
In addition to finished samples, we will bring project examples showing different electrode structures, connector options, pinouts, cable configurations, overmolding methods, charging layouts, and packaging approaches. This makes it easier to discuss whether an existing product can be adapted or a new solution should be developed around the target device.
From Interface Definition to Production
Medical device accessories cannot be evaluated by appearance alone. A connector may fit physically but still be incompatible when the pinout, electrical limits, or signal requirements do not match. An electrode may look similar but perform differently because of its contact material, skin interface, contact pressure, or cleaning method.
Heymed Medical supports technical review, sample development, connector and pinout verification, continuity and electrical testing, overmolding, assembly, and scalable production under an ISO 13485 quality management system. The final verification scope and compliance requirements are defined according to the target device and application.
Bring Your Project to Booth H27-06
If you are developing a new product or improving an existing device, bring your drawing, interface definition, device model, target application, reference sample, and expected order quantity. Our team can discuss electrode structure, connector selection, cable design, material options, prototype planning, testing requirements, private labeling, packaging, and production with you.
A clear interface definition at the beginning of a project can reduce repeated sampling and help shorten the path from concept to production.
