At Hall 8.1, Booth S20, Heymed Medical presented medical connectivity products developed for neurostimulation, patient monitoring, electrophysiological signal acquisition, physiotherapy equipment, and wearable medical devices.

taVNS and tVNS Ear Electrode Solutions

A key highlight of the exhibition was Heymed Medical’s taVNS and tVNS product solution, which includes stimulation units, wearable ear electrodes, connection cables, and related accessories.

The ear electrode and cable assemblies can be customized according to the customer’s device design, including ear-contact structure, electrode configuration, left- or right-ear layout, cable flexibility, connector interface, cable length, surface material, product color, branding, and packaging.

These customization capabilities help medical and healthcare product developers integrate ear electrodes into their own neurostimulation devices and wearable product platforms.

Medical Lead Wires and Electrophysiology Cables

Heymed Medical also presented a range of medical lead wires and signal connection products, including:

• ECG and EKG lead wires
• EEG electrode cables and accessories
• EMG signal cables
• TENS and EMS lead wires
• Physiotherapy and rehabilitation cables

Our engineering and manufacturing services cover requirement evaluation, connector and material selection, cable structure development, electrode configuration, prototype sampling, design-for-manufacturing review, electrical and mechanical testing, and scalable production under an ISO 13485 quality management system.

Customers can provide product drawings, connector specifications, device interface information, reference samples, or application requirements. The Heymed Medical engineering team can then evaluate suitable materials, structures, connection methods, and manufacturing processes for the project.
